- Andrew Holder BSc, MSc (Eng.), MSc (Org Psych & Soc), DIC, RSA
I have worked as a facilitator of strategic change in many public services with individuals and teams, managers and politicians, and whole organisations for over 30 years. Initially this was through SAUS, Bristol University and then in AHA since establishing it in 1990. My greatest working enjoyment is assisting leaders handling necessary change. I have written extensively about modernising local government and guidance for it, notably for Top Teams.
I spend what time I can gazing at pictures, sailing and finding sufficient words of Japanese to talk with my granddaughter.
